As Network Engineer, my responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting with Firewalls, routers, and RDL radio devices equipment infrastructure that includes internet, data and SIP infrastructure, over a same converged network.
Troubleshooting and configurations on AWS, SRX, SSG, Fortinet, Paloalto firewalls and configuring BGP over MPLS environment.
Troubleshooting and configuring DPLC, IPLC and IPT infrastructure over long haul and backhaul connectivity.
Research and development on different Metro-fiber, PMP, P2P, microwave, wimax equipment’s etc. with their Vendors for maturing product as per project requirement and implementation.
Troubleshooting and monitoring of links through HUAWEI NMS and network monitoring tools for necessary up gradation of firmware or equipment
• PPPoE/IPoE/SIP configuration and link configuration hands on experience on Huawei,Cisco,T&W, TP Link,Dlink,Linksys,NetGear router etc.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Installation of appropriate OS, Software as per requirement. • Designed IT infrastructure for LAN management, front end Management of Middleware and Terminus application portals and their integration with Asterisk and OTRS.
• Research and development on different GPON equipments such as ONU`s etc. with their Vendors for maturing product as per project requirement and implementation.
• Draft SOPs case studies and interpret specification for guidence of newly deployed equipments such as Optical line terminals voice gateways, Switches etc.
• Troubleshooting and monitoring of links through HUAWEI NMS and network monitoring tools for necessary up gradation of firmware or equipment.
• Troubleshooting with GPON FITH equipment infrastructure that includes data optical TV & VoIP.
Coordinating the operations of different departments & teams to ensure that they all pull in the same direction. Making sure that members of staff have all the training they need to consistently deliver
